Do You Think About Me is a unreleased song by Touch.

Background

Do You Think About Me (registered under BMI Work #4300118) is one the Touch's earliest demos. A demo of this song can be found on the internet.

The song features recording of all five vocals with the line-up consisting of Victoria Adams, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm, and Geri Halliwell with Victoria being the lead vocals.

One of the groups earliest writters, Alan Glass, co-wrote this song along with another song Walking On Air. In 2001, Glass was once quoted saying:

"I've kept these songs private for the past five years, but now I think it's only right they should be made public."

The songs were made avalible to the public via telephone. At UK25p per minute, anyone within the UK could listen to the entirety of these songs by dialing a special number. Walking On Air was also done in the same manner along with the song.

This is one of the few songs the Spice Girls performed live on television on MTV, which was done as a form of acapella in a medley alongside the B-Side of 2 Become 1, One Of These Girls and their debut single Wannabe.

Lyrics

Do you, do you think about me?
Do you, do you think about me?

I see the setting sun, of another passing day
There's been questions on my mind, since you been away
Friend's say that you're doing well, you finally got it made
Outside I share my joy for you, but
inside my heart still aches

(Emma, Melanie C & Geri)
It's like a melody, playing endlessly
You're always on my mind
And I watch you hurt all the time

Do you think about me? (Do you think about me?)
Like I think about you (Like I think about you)
Do you sometimes stay awake at night?
Till the morning light? cos you don't know what to do
Do you think about me?
(Do you think about me?)
Like I think about you (Like I think about you))
Do you toss and turn does your heart still burn?
For the passion we once know

Do you think about me?

Do you think about me?
Do You
Do you think about me? (Melanie C & Emma)

I see your face at night, in every dream I dream
Cos I see a message, please tell me what it means

(Tell me what it means) (Melanie C & Victoria)
If I had your number, I'd call you on the phone
But your voice wouldn't be enough, I'd be better left alone

(Emma, Melanie C & Geri)
It's like I press rewind, it's like the hands of time
That starts all over again
Every day and night, it won't end

Do you think about me? (Do you think about me?)
Like I think about you
Do you sometimes stay awake at night?
Till the morning light? cos you don't know what to do
Do you think about me?
(Do you think about me?)
Like I think about you (Like I think about you)
Do you toss and turn does your heart still burn?
For the passion we went through

I wanna know-whoa, do you think about me?
(I wanna know) (Emma, Geri & Mel B)
Is there a chance? that we could work it on out
(Work it out) (Emma, Geri & Mel B)
It's been so long? Session and it's plain to see
That I got what you want, and I just got what you need

(Just got what you need) (Emma, Geri & Mel B)

Do you think about me? (Do you think about me?)
Like I think about you baby
All through the night

Do you
Do you (Melanie C & Emma)
Think about me
Whoa, oh now baby
Eh hey, eh hey

I've been tossing and turning
My heart is burning

Don't you need me like I need you
Share the passion we went through

Do you think about me? (Do you think about me?)
