Sugar and Spice is a song written by the Spice Girls that has not been released or surfaced. They worked on it with music composer Tim Hawes. Together they composed a song called Sugar and Spice, which served as the inspiration behind the change of the group's name from Touch to Spice, eventually the name was changed again to Spice Girls. The songs features recording of all five vocals with the line-up consisting of Victoria Adams, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm, and Geri Halliwell. Verses are by Melanie Chisholm and Melanie Brown with a rap by Geri Halliwell.

Geri Halliwell mentioned this song in her autobiography If Only, She has also mentioned that the title of this song was the inspiration for the group's name.
